Trim / strand / slit
0.015"–0.125" thick (0.187" on 50" OD or larger), 22"–60" wide, coils up to 22,000 lb; minimum trim 0.500", up to 8" in one pass
Light-gauge cut-to-length
0.023"–0.159" annealed stainless and 0.023"–0.135" aluminum, 15"–60" wide, 36"–240" lengths at ±1/32", coils up to 30,000 lb
Wide line

About Leveltek

Leveltek Processing is a toll processor in Benwood, West Virginia, about an hour southwest of Pittsburgh. Since 1993 it has used a patented, non-marking stretch leveling process to correct edge waves, center buckle and other shape defects in coils of stainless steel, aluminum, nickel alloys, titanium, red metals, carbon and coated steel, and also offers cut-to-length, slitting, edge trim and strand extension for mills, service centers and manufacturers.
